Daily meals at fast food restaurants and hawker centers have become a norm, as we opt for convenience over taste and nutrition. Yet, when we are tired and stressed, our heart will instinctively think of home.

ZHIA is the answer to Mr.Wong's aspirations to deliver home cooked dishes to his customers. By understanding the cravings for authentic hometown dishes, Mr.Wong has traveled near and far across China, Hong Kong and Taiwan to seek the secrets of local flavours. With a determination to fulfill his customers' desires. Mr.Wong has fine-tuned his recipes so we can enjoy every dish at Zhia just like how mum used to prepare!

Mr.Wong's cuisines greatly focus on the complexity of different taste buds. He continues his culinary adventure by constantly explorinf different traditons and methods of home cooking. It is his hope that customers enjoy the variety of hometown dishes and flavours with the heartfelt warmth of HOME.

（如家）承载了黄老板对家乡菜肴的一份坚持。自踏入厨艺界，每一天的奔波劳碌，令他深 深体会到游子们对家乡菜肴的渴望。为了搜寻传统的“古早味”，他不时到两岸三地考察并 请教各地师傅甚至老人家授予烹饪传统古早味的秘诀。为的是让顾客在（如家）享用的每一 餐，有如家里妈妈煮的菜肴，并非快餐。

 除此之外，黄老板的烹饪心得是以客为重。他一直不断学习和研究不同家乡的 菜肴之特色与精髓，溶合并研发出这一道道看似简单却诚意十足的美食，从而 满足不同贯籍顾客的口味。黄老板希望顾客们吃到的不仅仅只是一个味道，还 有一种幸福和思念。
